Analisis Ekonomi Energi Perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro Meragun (Desa Meragun, Kec. Nanga Taman, Kab. Sekadau)

Abstract– Provinsi Kalimantan Barat sanggat luas dan banyak desa-desa yang belum terlistriki. Sumber energi yang digunakan untuk membangkitkan listrik hingga saat ini masih didominasi oleh bahan bakar fosil. Mikro hidro merupakan sumber energi terbarukan dan ramah lingkungan yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bahan bakar fosil. Penelitian ini dibuat analisis ekonomi energi perencanaan pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro yang berlokasi di Desa Meragun Kecamatan Nanga Taman Kabupaten Sekadau. Parameter yang digunakan untuk analisis ekonomi energi adalah Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dengan metoda pengelolaan PLTMH dikelola oleh PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Kalimantan barat atau PLTMH dikelola langsung oleh Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debit air sungai Kemoka mampu membangkitkan daya minimal sebesar 121,5 kW. Energi listrik yang dapat dibangkitkan pertahun sebesar 745.038 kWh. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk merealisasikan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro di Desa Meragun sebesar Rp. 5.329.094.199,-. HPP sebesar Rp. 834,-/kWh, Net Present Value (NPV) PLN = Rp.837.038.116,-, Net Present Value (NPV) masyarakat = Rp. 310.803.500,- Pay Back Period (PBP) PLN = 9 tahun 6 bulan, Pay Back Period (PBP) masyarakat = 19 tahun 1 bulan dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) PLN = 39,65%, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) masyarakat = 38,85%. Hal ini berarti Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga MikroHidro Meragun layak untuk direalisasikan baik oleh PLN atau oleh Masyarakat.
