Perancangan Aplikasi Transaksi Dan Inventaris Barang Intan Jaya Motor

Abstract– Pada sistem pengolahan aplikasi bengkel ini didasari pada pengolahan data transaksi yang dilakukan sehari-hari masih bersifat manual sehingga dimungkinkan adanya kesalahan bahkan hilangnya sebuah dokumen. Aplikasi ini berfungsi mencatat barang-barang apa saja yang diperjual belikan di bengkel, nama supplier yang menjadi langganan untuk memasokkan barang dan yang lebih penting untuk mencatat transaksi sehari-hari yang meliputi pembelian dan penjualan bahkan dimungkin pula untuk mencatat retur pembelian dan retur penjualanan.
Aplikasi transaksi dan inventaris barang Intan Jaya Motor adalah aplikasi persediaan yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah pihak bengkel untuk melakukan pengawasan, mencatat data-data transaksi sehinggta data-data akan terintegrasi dan terstruktur dengan baik dan mempermudah pemilik bengkel dalam mengolah dan memanfaatkan data-data transaksi tersebut sehingga memudahkan penyimpanan, pengorganisasian dan melakukan pengambilan (retrieval) terhadap berbagai data dalam waktu yang singkat.
Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi dengan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini hanya dapat berjalan pada Sistem Operasi Windows. Aplikasi Bengkel ini menyediakan sebuah aplikasi yang memudahkan pemilik untuk mengolah data-data transaksi sehingga mempermudah pengambilan keputusan lebih lanjut.
