Perancangan Kendali Silang Pada Sistem Multivariabel Menggunakan Pengendali Proportional, Integral dan Derivative (PID)

Abstract–. Sistem multivariabel merupakan suatu sistem yang memiliki masukan dan keluaran lebih dari satu variabel (MIMO). Dalam sistem multivariabel, biasanya terjadi interaksi antara masukan yang satu terhadapan keluaran dari masukan yang lainnya, atau sebaliknya. Proses interaksi ini menyebabkan sistem menjadi tidak stabil. Pada sistem pengendalian tangki pencampur, ketinggian air dan suhu air dalam tangki pencampur merupakan variable yang diinginkan selalu tetap atau stabil dengan mengendalikan besar debit air panas dan air dingin yang masuk ke dalam tangki pencampur.
Pengendali PID dengan pengendalian silang (cross controller) merupakan salah satu kompensasi yang digunakan untuk menghilangkan interaksi dalam sistem tangki pencampur sehingga keluaran yang berupa ketinggian air dan suhu air dapat dicapai.
Pada penelitian ini, telah di dapat nilai parameter kendali yaitu KP = 10, KI = 0,5 dan KD = 3 serta lokasi pole pada -3,12e3, -0,0033, dan -0,0001 untuk sistem pengendalian ketinggian air serta KP = 8, KI = 0,7 dan KD = 2 serta lokasi pole pada -835,237, -3,84, -0,089 untuk sistem pengendalian suhu air, yang memberikan hasil terbaik sesuai spesifikasi perancangan.
