Abstract– Evaluasi kinerja simpang pada simpang Jalan Pahlawan – Jalan Imam Bonjol – Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan selama sepuluh tahun yaitu tahun 2007, tahun 2009, tahun 2011, tahun 2013, tahun 2015 dan tahun 2017. Perencanaan waktu siklus adalah sebagai solusi dari pengaturan simpang, serta merencanakan fase sinyal dengan tetap menerapkan belok kiri langsung tanpa menunggu waktu hijau ( LTOR ).
Pada evaluasi kinerja simpang bersinyal di persimpangan Jalan Pahlawan – Jalan Imam Bonjol – Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan didapat antian, tundaan dan derajat kejenuhan yang besar, ini berarti kinerja simpang sudah tidak mampu lagi melayani lalu lintas yang ada. Dari perencanaan waktu siklus hingga 10 tahun kedepan tiap tahunnya didapat waktu siklus sebagai berikut, tahun 2007 waktu siklusnya adalah 107 detik, tahun 2009 waktu siklusnya adalah 110 detik, tahun 2011 waktu siklusnya adalah 118 detik, tahun 2013 waktu siklusnya adalah 122 detik, tahun 2015 waktu siklusnya adalah 125 detik dan tahun 2017 waktu siklusnya adalah 129 detik.
