Rancang Bangun Alat Pengering Ikan Untuk Kelompok Nelayan Dusun Nirwana

Abstract"“ Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok nelayan di Dusun Nirwana, Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kubu Raya berkaitan dengan proses pengeringan ikan asin tipis. Proses pengeringan ikan sering terhambat karena hujan dan kabut asap. Hal ini menyebabkan kerugian bagi nelayan karena ikan yang tidak kering akan menjadi busuk. Disamping itu ikan asin yang dikeringkan secara langsung menggunakan sinar matahari sering dihinggapi lalat sehingga tidak hiegenis. Alat pengering ikan yang ada di pasaran harganya cukup mahal. Nelayan belum mengetahui cara membuat alat pengering ikan secara mandiri. Hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Rancang bangun Alat Pengering Ikan ini dibuat untuk membantu Kelompok Nelayan Harapan Kakap dan Anugerah Laut untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Alat Pengering Ikan yang dibuat menggunakan LPG, Biomass dan Solarthermal dengan kapasitas 20 kg.
