ANALISIS PENGARUH AKTIVITAS DUTA BACA DALAM MENINGKATKAN CITRA PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SUMATERA UTARA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis pengaruh kontribusi dari duta baca sebagai Brand Ambassador perpustakaan terhadap peningkatan citra perpustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 100 reponden sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunask SPSS 23. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel duta baca lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi dibawah 0,05 (0,000). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara duta baca dan citra perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) persentasi kontribusi duta baca terhadap peningkatan citra perpustakaan UINSU Medan sebesar 80,3% sementara 19,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of reading ambassadors"™ contributions as library brand ambassadors on improving library image. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with 100 respondents as the sample. The data collection in this study was completed using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 software. The t test results show that the t value of the reading ambassador variable is greater than the t table value with a significance level below 0.05 (0.000). This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between reading ambassadors and library images. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the percentage contribution of reading ambassadors to improving the image of the UINSU Medan library was 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% was influenced by other independent variables that were not discussed in this study.
