Pengaruh Latihan Band Resistance Terhadap Hasil Agility Pada Club Bola Voli Di Bina Muda Kiansantang

Abstract

Agility merupakan komponen penting dalam permainan bola voli karena menentukan kemampuan pemain dalam melakukan perubahan arah secara cepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan band resistance terhadap peningkatan agility pemain bola voli. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest dengan sampel 36 pemain dari Club Bina Muda Kiansantang. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan Illinois Agility Test, sedangkan intervensi berupa program latihan band resistance dilakukan sebanyak 16 sesi. Data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test melalui SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari skor pretest (M = 1,78; SD = 0,760) ke posttest (M = 4,06; SD = 0,754), dengan nilai t = -14,957, df = 35, dan p = 0,000 (< 0,05). Ukuran efek Cohen’s d sebesar 2,49 menegaskan pengaruh yang sangat kuat. Dengan demikian, latihan band resistance terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan agility pemain bola voli dan direkomendasikan sebagai strategi latihan praktis, terutama pada klub dengan keterbatasan sarana.
