Abstract

Kecanggihan teknologi yang terus berkembang pesat dan didukung oleh adanya Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong percepatan Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang berdampak kepada perubahan serta penggunaan teknologi dalam berbagai hal, termasuk dalam perubahan metode pelatihan di Balai Latihan Kerja Bantaeng yakni tuntutan untuk mengadakan pelatihan secara daring maupun blended training. Kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan aplikasi Google Classroom bagi instruktur di Balai Latihan Kerja Bantaeng bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan instruktur dalam pengelolaan aplikasi Google Classroom sebagai media pelatihan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu Sosialisasi, praktik dan diskusi dan tanya jawab. Setelah pelatihan instruktur mampu membuat dan mengelola kelas di aplikasi Google Classroom, menambahkan anggota kelas, mengenali fitur dan memasukkan beragam materi dan tugas ke dalam aplikasi Google Classroom. Setelah pelatihan dilaksanakan, instruktur semua kejuruan lebih siap menggunakan Aplikasi Google Classroom
