Studi Kasus Tentang Konflik Intraorganisasi Dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Di SMAN 01 Teluk Pakedai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik intraorganisasi dalam pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA N 01 Teluk Pakedai. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konflik vertikal, konflik linistaff, dan konflik peran pada personel Sekolah di SMA N 01 Teluk Pakedai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah personel SMA N 01 Teluk Pakedai yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Kurikulum, Bendahara, Kepala Tata Usaha, Staff Tata Usaha sekaligus penjaga sekolah.
