Abstract

Banyaknya perusahaan taxi saat ini berbanding lurus dengan banyaknya masyarakat awam yang ingin menggunakan jasa taxi antar kota. Akan tetapi masyarakat awam seringnya kebingungan dimulai dari mencari rute yang diinginkan, jadwal keberangkatan, ketersediaan taxi untuk mengantarkan mereka ke daerah tujuan, hingga memilih posisi duduk dan proses memesan tiketnya. Maka berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah Aplikasi Tiket Elektronik (e-ticketing) Jasa Taxi Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi Berbasis  Web  sebagai solusi untuk calon pelanggan terutama dari masyarakat awam sekaligus membuka peluang bagi perusahaan-perusahaan taxi menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas melalui  website.  Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan teknologi  e-ticketing  untuk memesan tiket kemudian diproses oleh  admin  dengan aplikasi berbasis  web  untuk dilakukan verifikasi. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemesanan tiket dan pencarian jadwal untuk konsumen awam maupun konsumen lama. Hasil penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji kemampuan dan kesesuaian dengan pengujian menggunakan  blackbox  dengan tipe  equivalence partitioning  berdasarkan  input  dan  output  yang diperoleh telah sesuai berdasarkan skenario pengujian serta  menggunakan  user acceptance test  kepada 5 responden untuk 6 pertanyaan dengan bobot total 30 didapati kepuasan rata-rata dengan persentase 91% dimana ini membuktikan aplikasi diterima dengan sangat baik
