Aplikasi Mobile Android Adopsi Hewan Peliharaan Dengan Fitur Pencarian Berbasis Location Based Service

Banyaknya hewan terlantar tidak lepas dari ketidak mampuan pemilik dalam merawat dan mengurus hewan peliharaannya, hal ini tentunya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti adanya penyakit dari hewan, kelahiran baru dari hewan dalam jumlah yang banyak sehingga menyebabkan ketidakmampuan dari pemilik dalam segi ekonomi, fasilitas, waktu, maupun ruang dan tempat untuk hewan peliharaannya. Oleh karena beberapa faktor tersebut, banyak pemilik akhirnya melepas adopsi hewan peliharaannya ataupun mengambil jalan pintas untuk membuang hewan peliharaannya. Dengan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi adopsi hewan peliharaan berbasis mobile yang berjalan di sistem operasi android dengan metode geotagging yang diimplementasikan untuk update lokasi secara otomatis dari pengguna aplikasi dan penerapan teknologi location based service dengan pemanfaatan google maps API yang diimplementasikan dalam menemukan rute lokasi. Pada tahap perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequance Diagram dan Class Diagram) serta perancangan user interface dengan menggunakan Figma. Aplikasi dibangun berbasis mobile yang berjalan di sistem operasi android dimana dalam pembuatan ini menggunakan teknik berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel pada sisi backend dan Framework React Native pada sisi frontend dengan menerapkan metode geotagging dan LBS (location based service). Hasil pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem dengan menggunakan Postman dan UAT untuk menguji kelayakan aplikasi dengan mendapatkan nilai hasil pengujian yaitu 89,2% yang menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Mobile Android Adopsi Hewan Peliharaan Dengan Fitur Pencarian Berbasis Location Based Service sangat memuaskan dan sesuai harapan dari pengguna aplikasi.
