Sistem Informasi Tazakka Resto Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus: Tazakka Resto)

Sistem informasi Tazakka Resto merupakan aplikasi berbasis webite yang mencakup proses pencatatan dan pelaporan data penjualan. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait pencatatan, perhitungan, dan pembuatan laporan. Saat ini Tazakka Resto sering kali menghadapi masalah dalam pencatatan pesanan, pencatatan stok, dan pelaporan. Sistem yang digunakan di Tazakka Resto saat ini masih sederhana misalnya, pemesanan dimasukkan dan dicetak sebagai nota di bagian kasir, pelaporan menu yang telah berkurang dan perlu ditambahkan masih dilakukan secara manual, serta data penambahan menu yang diperbarui setiap tiga jam sekali dengan tulisan tangan. Akibatnya, proses pelaporan penjualan, pencatatan stok, dan pencatatan pesanan menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang menyediakan informasi tentang pencatatan pesanan, pencatatan stok, dan pelaporan di Tazakka Resto. Sistem yang dirancang ini menggunakan metode SDLC dengan pendekatan model prototipe serta perancangan sistem dengan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Keberhasilan penelitian diuji menggunakan pengujian black box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan hasil positif, di mana proses yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan harapan dan aplikasi berjalan dengan baik.References
