Telkomsel Pontianak mengoperasikan sekitar 300 BTS (Base Transceiver Station) di wilayah Pontianak dan Kubu Raya, dengan jumlah yang terus meningkat seiring dengan permintaan masyarakat akan layanan telekomunikasi. Namun, operasional BTS menghadapi tantangan seperti pemadaman listrik dan pencurian yang dapat merusak aset dan mengganggu layanan. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, Telkomsel Pontianak memiliki tim RTPO (Radio Transport Power) yang terdiri dari beberapa lini kerja, seperti helpdesk, mbp (Mobile Backup Power), ETS (Engineer Technical Support), dan supervisi lapangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tim Helpdesk, yang bertanggung jawab untuk monitoring layer-1 BTS menggunakan aplikasi UME (Unified Management Expert). Dalam tugasnya, helpdesk menghadapi tantangan dalam pencatatan dan distribusi pekerjaan yang sering kali tidak merata, terutama saat terjadi gangguan masal (MSI). Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem ticketing berbasis web untuk membuat tiket, mencatat, dan menyajikan informasi pekerjaan tim RTPO secara real-time. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan metode SDLC dengan pendekatan model ERD dan DFD. Untuk menguji keberhasilan sistem, dilakukan pengujian dengan metode User Axxeptance Test (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan respon positif dari pengguna, dapat beroperasi dengan baik sesuai harapan, dan keseluruhan kinerja sistem disetujui oleh pengguna.Downloads
