STUDI LITERATUR: ANALISIS PENGARUH RESILIENSI PADA KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PASCA STROKE

Latar Belakang: Dampak stroke biasanya sulit untuk diantisipasi dan seringkali mengganggu sehingga akan membutuhkan penyesuaian besar pada gaya hidup dan psikologis. Perubahan emosional sering diamati setelah stroke yang umumnya dikaitkan dengan penurunan kualitas hidup. Karena itu beradaptasi dengan kondisi disabilitas jangka panjang memerlukan kemampuan agar dapat bangkit kembali dan tetap fleksibel dengan adanya tekanan yang berkelanjutan. Metode: Jenis penelitian berupa studi literature review, menggunakan artikel yang diperoleh dari database EBSCOHost, PubMED, ProQuest melalui e-resources Perpustakaan Nasional, ditambah dengan situs pencarian artikel Researchgate, Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Menggunakan kata kunci: "Resilience or Resiliency or Resilient", "quality of life", "stroke". Data di ekstraksi degan nama pengarang, tahun, negara, tujuan, responden, desain, temuan, dan implikasi. Hasil: Diperoleh dari 7 analisis artikel menghasilkan gambaran yaitu resiliensi merupakan faktor prediktor pada kualitas hidup pasca stroke, indikator pada resiliensi memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap dampak psikologis penderita pada kualitas hidup pasca stroke. Kesimpulan: Indikator yang berhubungan dengan resiliensi adalah hal yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasca stroke. Peran resiliensi secara individual masih belum banyak diteliti pada variabel kualitas hidup pasca stroke
