Anxiety levels and individual views about themselves affect the quality of life during the Covid-19 pandemic. Anxiety needs to be managed properly so as to provide awareness but not to cause excessive panic or to mental health disorders. Method : Quantitative research use a correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument used WHOQOL and GAD-7 questionnaires on 384 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique Snowball sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with Spearman rho test. Result : The results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of anxiety and the quality of life with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 and the correlation coefficient -0.293 which shows the opposite direction of correlation, meaning that the lower the level of anxiety, the higher the quality of life in the community. Conclusion : There is a correlation between the level of anxiety and the quality of life in the community during the Covid-19 pandemic at Pontianak City. Keywords: anxiety, quality of life, Covid-19
