This study aims to find out how the process development of cooperative learning tools oriented to brain-based learning to train thinking skills critical mathematical students. The learning toolswdeveloped consisted of lesson plan, worksheet, and learning achievement test. Thiswdevelopment research method uses a modified 4-Df model which consistss of define, ydesign, andtdevelop. The result of this study is that the cooperative learning tool is brain-based learning that is good because the validator team states that the learning device that has been developed is valid, and the implementation of the test, the device meets certain requirements and THB is reliable, valid and sensitive.
