ABSTRAK
Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmendapatkanbuktiempirismengenaipengaruhkecerdasanemosionaldankecerdasanspiritualterhadapkinerja Karyawan Yayasan Mujahidin Kalimantan Barat. Selainitu jugamendapatkanbuktiempirisseberapabesarpengaruhKecerdasanEmosionaldanKecerdasanspiritual terhadapkinerja Karyawan Yayasan Mujahidin Kalimantan Barat.
Sampeldalampenelitianinidiambilmenggunakankuesionerpada Karyawan Yayasan Mujahidin Kalimantan Barat,denganjumlahpopulasisebanyak 57 orang. Sedangkansampel yang diambilsebanayak 40 responden. Data yang diperolehtersebutkemudiandianalisismenggunakanteknisanalisisstatistikdeskriptifdananalisisRegresi linier berganda
Hasilpenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwakecerdasanemosionaldankecerdasan spiritualberpengaruhpositifterhadapkinerja Karyawan Yayasan Mujahidin Kalimantan Barat

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees of Mujahidin Foundation. It also acquires empirical evidence of how much influence the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees of Mujahidin Foundation.
The sample in this study were taken using a questionnaire to the employees of Mujahidin Foundation,with a total population of 57 people. While samples taken from 40 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis.
These results indicate that the intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence positively affects the performance of employees ofMujahidin Foundation
