Abstract
This study, entitled Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Flats At PD. Kapuas Indah Pontianak. The purpose of this study are: to know and analyze the user satisfaction Flats and attributes that can affect satisfaction. The method used is descriptive method. Survey research methods and the research explanations (explanatory research) according Kerlinger (1996: 89) cited Riduwan (2006: 114), says that "research is a survey research conducted on large populations and small, but the data is data of the population studied, so found the events relative, the distribution and the relationship between sociological variables ".
Results of this study concluded that the reliability of flats on customer satisfaction PD. Kapuas Indah Pontianak attention more dominant than the consumer compared with other aspects of the group's product quality, the quality of the suitability of prices in PD. Kapuas Indah Pontianak price calculation accuracy offered by Perusahaan Daerah officers. PD.
