THE IMPACT OF WORK STRESS AND WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FEMALE TEACHERS AT SDN DELTA PAWAN KETAPANG
Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work stress on the performance of female teachers at SDN Delta Pawan Ketapang. (2) to determine the effect of work family conflict on the performance of female teachers at SDN Delta Pawan Ketapang. The type of research conducted in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were female teachers at SDN Delta Pawan Ketapang with a total sample of 61 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. This study found the results that (1) There is a negative and significant effect of work stress on the performance of female teachers, (2) There is a negative and significant effect of work family conflict on the performance of female teachers.
