FAKTOR-FAKTOR INTRINSIK DAN EKSTRINSIK YANG MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN BENGKAYANG
Abstract
This study aims to describe the Intrinsic and Extrinsic Employee Job Satisfaction in the Education Department Bengkayang.
This research uses a descriptive research method. The data used in this study is primary data, where the data obtained and extracted from primary sources (original source) either in the form of qualitative and quantitative. For the samples in this study are all employees of Education Department Bengkayang taken from 5 (five) areas of work, namely: the Secretary, Department of Education Personnel and Education, Secondary Education, Elementary and Kindergarten Education and Out of School Education, Youth and Sports. Where each employee serve as respondents to fill out questionnaires distributed research.
Results of the 33 respondents who becomes the object of the study authors at Intrinsic factor for 51.7% of intrinsic factors affecting job satisfaction of Education Department Bengkayang, where the most dominant factor in the achievement that has a value 90% which means that all employees want to excel in the job, amounting to 65% of extrinsic factors influencing employee satisfaction Bengkayang District Education Office, where the most dominant factor in institutional policies and leadership skills that have the same value -at 70%. Amounted to 61.7% the staff satisfied at work, where the most dominant factor in the opportunity for advanced and fun work environment which has a value of 80% equally.
