PERAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZEN BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN DIREKTORAT PEMBINAAN MASYARAKAT POLDA KALBAR
Abstract
OCB is an extra role of employees of the organization towards co-workers that is voluntary and OCB often occurs in organizations in the form of helping colleagues within the work unit (Satker) and outside the Satker. Job satisfaction is a positive attitude resulting from the work that has been done, this includes feelings and attitudes through the assessment of a job as a respect in achieving important elements of the organization. Employees have better performance with a flexible organizational culture and do not stress the demands of work. The transformational leadership style is able to mobilize employees to increase their productivity than before. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable on the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizen Behavior on employees of Ditbinmas Polda Kalbar. The population in this study amounted to 47 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, path analysis, and sobel test using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB, (4) transformational leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB, (5) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on OCB. There"™s a significant indirect effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on OCB through job satisfaction. This shows that job satisfaction has an effect as an intervening variable in this research.
