Abstract

 

 

Human Resources (HR) is very important factor for a company. With good human resources, the company will get good results, as well as bad resources, it will get bad results. Every employee is  expected to able to carry out their duties properly in order to achieve  organizational goals such as the vision and mission of the company. Thus human  resources (HR) are a strategic factor by the organization or companies. Based on the  above problems, the company is required to manage HR to achieve company goals. The purpose of this research is to analyze 1. Impact of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention 2. Impact of Job Stress on Turnover Intention , Impact Of Alternative Perceived Opportunity on Turnover Intention 3. Job Satisfaction Mediate Organizational Commitment and Job Stress . One of the efforts to achieve the company"™s goals is by minimizing the employee turnover rate by paying attention to all the factors that the  employees having a  turnover intention.This Research was started in January and December. This research was done in West Kalimantan area with a sample of 150 participants. In this research, the data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method. To conduct analysis using the PLS method, this research is using SEM-PLS 3.3 software.
