Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Regarding the phenomena that occur in the West Kalimantan Syariah Bank, Ketapang Regency Branch. The form of this research is descriptive quantitative and correlation with the population of all employees of the Bank Kalbar Syariah Branch of Ketapang Regency totaling 33 people and the number of samples as many as 33 people taken using the saturated sampling method or census. The test was carried out by analyzing the results of descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that career development, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
