PENGARUH AKSESIBILITAS DAN AMENITAS TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG ULANG MELALUI KEPUASAN WISATAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ( Studi Pada Objek Wisata Pantai Kota Singkawang)
Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of accessibility and amenities on the interest in revisiting through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable on coastal tourism objects in Singkawang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 110 respondents, with data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method used starts from descriptive statistical analysis related to research data, discussion of research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis and the results of hypothesis testing. Research results shows that the first sub-structure shows that accessibility has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction and amenities have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of the research on the second sub-structure indicate that accessibility has a significant effect on interest in revisiting, amenities have no significant effect on interest in revisiting, and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on interest in revisiting.
