Abstract

This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of compensation, work environment, and work discipline on teacher performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in honorary teachers at senior high schools/equivalents in Tebas and Semparuk districts. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 120 teachers. The sample in this study was 55 respondents, with data collection through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used starts from descriptive statistics related to research data, discussion of research instrument tests, classic assumption tests, path analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that compensation, work environment, and work discipline had a significant effect on organizational commitment.
