Abstract
This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of Training, Self Efficacy, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Finnantara Intiga Pontianak. The sample taken for this study was 31 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 26 for windows. The results found in this study are: all independent variables (Training, Self Efficacy, and Employee Engagement) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variables (Employee Performance).
