ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of E-Servicescape, Attractiveness Discount through Customer Satisfaction using the GoFood application on generation z repeat purchases. This research is an associative research. Based on the type of data and method of data analysis performed, this research is a quantitative study. The specified sample is 100 respondents. The results of the study show that e-servicescape and Attractiveness Of Discount have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using the generation z gofood application in Pontianak City. Based on the results of research using empirical data, it shows that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase of generation z gofood application users in Pontianak City. Based on the results of research using empirical data, it shows that e-servicescape and Attractiveness Of Discounts have a positive and significant effect on repurchase satisfaction for generation z gofood application users in Pontianak City.
