The Effect of Work Life Balance and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Pontianak City Inspectorate

Abstract

Abstract

Employee performance generally leads to the ability of an employee to carry out all work tasks in accordance with his responsibilities based on the rules and indicators of success that have been set by the agency. Employee performance affects how much they contribute to agencies because employees are one of the important assets needed by organizations. Employees are also the driving force for all work or activities in the administration of the state, government and development in the context of government.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of work life balance and work culture on employee performance at the Pontianak City Inspectorate. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing.

The results of data analysis show that (1) Work Life Balance (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). And (2) Work Culture (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y)
