Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Komunikasi dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) the effect of communication on employee performance, (3) the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study are employees who work at the Bappeda office in West Kalimantan Province. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The sample selection technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The data analysis technique uses SPSS Version 25. The results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
