PENGARUH PERSEPSI REPUTASI DAN PERSEPSI JAMINAN STRUKTURAL TERHADAP NIAT BERINVESTASI GENERASI MILENIAL MELALUI PLATFORM PEER-TO-PEER LENDING

ABSTRAK
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending adalah salah satu teknologi keuangan yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia dan menawarkan berbagai peluang sebagai bagian dari produk investasi alternatif. Platform pinjaman P2P menawarkan peluang sebagai sumber investasi alternatif untuk mendiversifikasi portofolio dan dapat membantu peminjam yang tidak dapat mengakses bank tradisional. Penyelenggara di industri P2P lending harus mampu mengimplementasikan strategi kepercayaan konsumen yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan niat investasi di platform agar pemberian pinjaman tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh persepsi reputasi dan persepsi jaminan struktural terhadap niat investasi generasi milenial. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial Kalimantan Barat dengan total 184 responden. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik voluntary sampling untuk sampel yang kriterianya adalah belum pernah berinvestasi di platform P2P lending, namun sudah memiliki investasi jenis lainnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan Smart-PLS 4 digunakan sebagai metode analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi reputasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan niat investasi. Sedangkan persepsi jaminan struktural hanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan namun tidak dengan niat investasi. Selain itu, kepercayaan juga tidak mempengaruhi niat investasi. Kemudian, pengaruh tidak langsung antara persepsi reputasi dan jaminan struktural niat investasi melalui kepercayaan tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, artinya variabel kepercayaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara persepsi reputasi dan jaminan struktural terhadap niat investasi.
