Abstract

Innovative work behavior is individual behavior in creating, introducing and implementing new ideas that are useful for improving performance. Self-efficacy is a person"™s belief in overcoming various situations that arise in his life. Emotional intelligence is a person"™s ability to recognize and control personal and other people"™s emotions to assist in producing socially acceptableactions. Knowledge Sharing as a process of exchanging knowledge between two individuals, one person who communicates knowledge and another person who assimilates that knowledge.
