Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Profesionalisme Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pontianak
Abstract
This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Work Discipline, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance at the Land Office of Pontianak City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The population used is employees who work at the Pontianak city land office. The sample used was 99 employees who worked at the Pontianak city land office. Based on the partial test that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance and work professionalism has a positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. in terms of direct and indirect testing states that work discipline is better in improving employee performance through work professionalism and organizational commitment in improving employee performance.
