PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Astra Motor Kota Singkawang)
Abstract
In the current era of globalization, high-quality human resources are needed, because the progress of a company is very dependent on the quality of the human resources of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational justice, and organizational commitment on employee performance partially and collectively. The number of samples in this research were all employees, namely as many as 35 respondents. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the work environment partially affects employee performance, organizational justice partially affects employee performance, and organizational commitment partially affects employee performance.
