Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Burnout, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie
Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Competence on Nurse Job Satisfaction at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Regional Public Hospital. Data were obtained using a questionnaire developed by the author with a study population of 338 health workers. The samples taken were 80 nurses using probability sampling technique and the data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
Multiple linear regression indicated that Work Life Balance is positively correlated with job satisfaction (P < 0.05), Burnout is negatively correlated with job satisfaction (P < 0.05), while Competence (P < 0.01) is positively correlated with job satisfaction. The results of the study are: (1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Regional Public Hospital, (2) Burnout has a negative and significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Regional Public Hospital, (3) Competence has a positive and significant on Nurse Job Satisfaction at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Regional Public Hospital.
