ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of job security on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in employees of PT Moladin Digital Indonesia Regional 9 Kalbarteng Area. By using a quantitative approach, determining the sample in the study using purposive sampling technique of 54 employees of PT Moladin Digital Indonesia Regional 9 Kalbarteng Area. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software.
The results in the study indicate that job security has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, based on the sobel test, the results of organizational commitment are mediating variables that are unable to mediate the relationship and influence of job security variables on turnover intention variables in PT.Moladin Digital Indonesia Regional 9 Kalbarteng Area employees.
