Abstract

ABSTRACT
The service quality of an organization is determined by the performance of its employees which can be influenced by many factors. This research aims to determine and test and analyze the influence of workload, work environment and work commitment on the performance of non-ASN employees in 4 faculties of social sciences at Tanjungpura University.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data source is primary data resulting from observations and surveys of 35 respondents taken proportionally. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test and t test.
The research results show that partial or individual workload does not have a significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the t test at the 95% confidence level (α=0.05), it shows a small t value (smaller than the table value) and a large probability (greater than the alpha value used of 0.05). In the same test, Work Environment and Work Commitment show a positive and significant influence with regression coefficients of 0.360 for Work Environment and 0.536 for Work Commitment, respectively. This means that every change in the Work Environment of one unit is followed by a change in Employee Performance of 0.360 units and a change in Work Commitment of one unit is followed by a change in Employee Performance of 0.536 units in the same direction.
Keywords: Employee Performance, Workload, Work Environment, Work Commitment.
