Abstract

 

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, rewards and individual characteristics on employee performance at Hotel Kini Pontianak. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that provides an equal opportunity to be selected as a member of the sample. Using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, which means if the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous or proportionally stratified and using the Slovin formula, with a sample size of 53 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis with SPSS tools. Based on the research results, the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, rewards does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance.
