PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KANTOR DESA KECAMATAN SUNGAI AMBAWANG, KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Abstract

Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Sungai Ambawang District Village Office, Kubu Raya Regency (conducted in four Sungai Ambawang Village Offices, namely the Sungai Durian, Korek, Lingga, and Pancaroba Village Offices). using the Saturated Sample technique. Data analysis uses path analysis using the SPSS program. The research results show: 1.) the results of model 1 analysis in testing hypothesis 1 prove that leadership style (X1), namely 0.003 < 0.05, has a significant effect on motivation (Y1) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungga Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village, and Korek Village). 2.) The results of the analysis of model 1 in testing hypothesis 2 prove that discipline (X2), namely 0.005 < 0.05, has a significant effect on motivation (Yâ‚) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungi Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village, and Village Korek) 3.) The results of model 2 analysis in testing hypothesis 3 prove that leadership style (X1), namely 0.014 < 0.05, has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungga Durian Village, Lingga Village, Village Transition, and Korek Village). 4.) The results of the analysis of model 2 in testing hypothesis 4 prove that discipline (X2), namely 0.004 < 0.05, has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungga Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village, Dan Korek Village)

5) the results of model 2 analysis in testing hypothesis 5 prove that motivation (Y1), which is 0.000 < 0.05, has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungai Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village , and Korek Village) 6.) the results of the analysis in testing hypothesis 6 prove that leadership style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) through motivation (Y1), namely the t value > t table (45,95098 >1,69389) in the Office Sungai Ambawang Village: (Sungi Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village, and Korek Village) 7.) the results of the analysis in testing hypothesis 7 prove that discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) through motivation (Y1), namely the t value count > t table (36,450135> 1,69389) at the Sungai Ambawang Village Office: (Sungi Durian Village, Lingga Village, Pancaroba Village, and Korek Village).
