Pengaruh Employee Attitude, Kualitas Minuman Kopi dan Kepuasan terhadap repurchase Intention pada Kopi Lain Hati Pontianak

Abstract

This research examines the variables employee attitude, quality of coffee drinks and satisfaction on repurchase intention, which variables will have an influence and which variables will have no influence. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of employee attitude, coffee drink quality and satisfaction. This research uses primary data obtained from answers using a Likert scale. The number of samples in the research was
100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression using several tests, namely validity, reliability, descriptive, classical assumption testing with normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, then hypothesis testing with the f test, where this test is to see the overall effect of the independent variable on the dependent , t test where this test looks at which independent variables have an influence and which do not, and the coefficient of determination test looks at the percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent. The results of the research show that employee attitude has a negative and significant influence on repurchase intention kopi lain hati in Pontianak. Quality of coffee drink has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention kopi lain hati in Pontianak. Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention kopi lain hati in Pontianak.
