PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (Pada Karyawan Alfamart)

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (On Alfamart Employees). This type of research is a survey using descriptive methods with a quantitative approach to test between variables. The population in this study were Alfamart Employees in the Pontianak City Region with a sample size of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, statistical test f, partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2) using SPSS 29 and SPSS 25 for windows.

The results showed that the coefficient of determination of job satisfaction (X1) was -0,078, so it was said that the direction of the influence of the job satisfaction variable (X1) on turnover intention (Y) was negative. While the coefficient of determination of organizational commitment (X2) is 0,068, so it is said that the direction of the influence of the organizational commitment variable (X2) on turnover intention (Y) is positive. The ability of the independent variables (X) to explain their influence on the turnover intention variable (Y) is 14%, while the remaining 86% is explained by other variables that are not determining factors in this research model.
