PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN GREEN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN LANDAK)
Abstract
Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Landak, Servant leadership sangat diperlukan untuk menjadikan lingkungan yang bersih dan berdayaguna, serta Green leadership dapat membawa pengikut untuk pro lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Servant leadership dan Green leadership terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai DLH Kabupaten Landak berjumlah 38. Dari populasi tersebut dilakukan penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh (sensus) yaitu metode yang menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DLH Kabupaten Landak, (2) Green leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DLH Kabupaten Landak,
