PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN TEKANAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN (Studi Pada Tenaga Kesehatan UPT. Puskesmas Saigon Kota Pontianak)
Abstract
Community Health Center (CHC) is a health service facility that aims to organize public health efforts and first-level individual care, where the performance of health workers is an important factor in providing health services to the community. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of workload and work pressure on the performance of health workers at UPT. Saigon Health Center, Pontianak City. This research uses quantitative research using 35 respondents as the population. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool where the questionnaire was given directly to all respondents. This study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 application as a data processing tool. The results of this study found that 1. The workload variable on the performance variable partially has a positive and significant effect 2. The work pressure variable on the performance variable partially has a positive and significant effect. So there is a positive and significant influence between the workload and work pressure variables on the performance of health workers at UPT. Saigon Health Center, Pontianak City.
