DAMPAK PROGRAM RELOKASI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (STUDI KASUS PADA PKL DARI TAMAN ALUN-ALUN KAPUAS KE TAMAN AKCAYA PONTIANAK)
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the characteristics of street vendors' activities in Pontianak's Akcaya Park and to determine and analyze the impact or effect of relocation on the income of street vendors in Pontianak's Akcaya Park as well as to identify and analyze the perceptions of street vendors towards Pontianak City Government policies related to the relocation program in Akcaya Park. This Pontianak. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research uses secondary data in the form of data from the Pontianak Office of Communication and Information. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and hypothesis significance test using paired t test. The results showed that the characteristics of the activities of street vendor respondents in Pontianak Akcaya Park, such as the length of time they traded, street vendors selling at Pontianak's Akcaya Park varied, most of the respondents had a business duration of 6-9 hours per day, the type of business the respondents were classified into 3 parts, namely: the food section. , not food and children's play services, the ownership status of the stalls belongs to the government while the media stalls belong to the street vendors themselves. The physical facilities for trading are buildings, carts, tables or mats, motorcycles and bicycles. The cost of renting stalls is actually free from the government, only paying fees for cleaning and security. The majority of the workforce is self-employed while using other people's labor as an average worker, only 1 person with the labor wage provided by respondents based on daily wages accumulated to monthly, varying in number from a range of Rp. 1,000,000.00-Rp. 2,000 000.00. The cleaning fee in the form of a cleaning fee per day is Rp. 2,000.00. The cost of electricity in general for lighting here has been provided by the Pontianak municipal government, but to sell products more clearly and clearly at trading points requires additional lighting and each street vendor respondent must pay electricity costs to generator service owners in the amount of Rp. 5,000.00. The majority of buyers on average per day are between 1-10 people. The impact of relocating street vendors on street vendors' income before and after being relocated, namely based on paired test scores, concluded that the sig value was 0.000 <0.05, then H0 was rejected so that it could be stated that there was a difference in the income of street vendors before and after selling, namely from Kapuas Square Park to Akcaya Park. Street vendors' perceptions of Pontianak City Government policies related to the relocation program at Akcaya Pontianak Park are included in the appropriate assessment category. Even so, there were still quite a number of respondents who stated that they were quite suitable, not suitable and not suitable in answering the questionnaire. So actually there are still quite a number of street vendor respondents who do not agree with the government's policy and method of implementing the relocation program because it has reduced their income.
