PENGARUH INFORMASI KARIER TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN PUTUSAN KARIER SISWA SMA

Dalam kehidupan individu, ada suatu titik di mana ia harus melakukan pengambilan putusan. Berbagai bentuk pengambilan putusan harus dilakukan oleh individu, dari pengambilan putusan yang sifatnya kecil atau sederhana misalnya memilih baju atau warna baju sampai pengambilan putusan yang tingkatnya lebih tinggi, misalnya mengenai hidup dan cita-cita atau karier. Bagi siswa SMA ada suatu tahapan penting yang harus dilalui dalam kaitannya dengan pengambilan putusan, yaitu pengambilan putusan karier (PKK), yang realitasnya diwujudkan melalui keinginan pemilihan jurusan. Tentu saja untuk melakukan pemilihan secara optimal, banyak aspek yang ikut terkait atau memengaruhinya, antara lain, adalah infromasi karier.Kata Kunci: Informasi karier, pengambilan putusan
