SKRINING FITOKIMIA EKSTRAK DAUN BELIMBING HUTAN (Baccaurea angulata Merr.)
Abstract
Pohon belimbing hutan merupakan salah satu tumbuhan dari genus Baccaurea. Tanaman ini hidup di daerah tropis di Kalimantan Barat dan buahnya dapat dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder dan aktivitas antioksidan daun belimbing hutan. Senyawa metabolit sekunder diperoleh dari proses ekstraksi yaitu maserasi dan partisi. Hasil uji fitokimia pada ekstrak kasar metanol mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, polifenol, terpenoid maupun steroid, fraksi n-heksana hanya mengandung flavonoid dan steroid, fraksi etil asetat mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, polifenol dan steroid. Sedangkan fraksi metanol positif mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan steroid.
