KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA FENOLIK PADA FRAKSI ETIL ASETAT KAYU BATANG DURIAN KUSIK (Durio dulcis Becc.)
Abstract
Penelitian mengenai karakterisasi senyawa fenolik pada fraksi etil asetat kayu batang durian kusik (D. dulcis Becc.) telah dilakukan melalui proses isolasi, kromatografi dan analisis Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Hasil isolasi yang diperoleh dari fraksi etil asetat berupa isolat AF-E6(12-13)-7 berbentuk kuning pucat dan memiliki massa 3,4 mg. Karakterisasi dilakukan terhadap senyawa yang telah ditemukan pada Durio sp. yang didukung data uji fitokimia yaitu fenolik. Data spektrum 1H-NMR isolat AF-E6(12-13)-7 mengacu pada sinyal olefilik pada 7,89 (1H, dd) dan 6,31(1H, dd) dengan nilai kopling konstan yaitu J= 9,55 dan 9,5 Hz, serta dilengkapi sinyal lainnya pada 6,81 (1H, d, J= 3,6 Hz), 6,78 (1H, s), 6,61 (1H, dd, J= 14,25 dan 1,95 Hz), 6,31 (1H, dd, J= 9,5 dan 2,55 Hz), 4,62 (1H, s), 4,28 (1H, m), dan 3,87 (1H, q). Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi senyawa fenolik yang diperoleh pada fraksi etil asetat kayu batang D. Dulcis Becc. adalah senyawa kumarin.
