KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA STEROID DARI FRAKSI DIKLOROMETANA RANTING DURIAN KLAWING (Durio graveolens Becc.)

Abstract

Durian klawing (Durio graveolens Becc.) merupakan tumbuhan durian yang menghasilkan daging buah berwarna merah dan tiap ruasnya memiliki satu buah biji. Durian klawing merupakan salah satu dari 7 jenis durian yang dapat dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengisolasi senyawa metabolit skunder dari fraksi diklorometana ranting durian klawing (D. graveolens Becc.). Isolat fraksi C4 diperoleh sebanyak 2,2 mg. Data spektrum 1H-NMR dari fraksi C4 menunjukkan adanya geseran kimia δH (ppm) 1,57 (9H, s), δH 1,66 (3H, m), δH 2,33 (3H, t), δH 4,27 (2H, m) 8,09 (1H, s). Berdasarkan uji fitokimia fraksi C4 dan data spektrum 1HNMR tersebut diprediksi mengandung senyawa steroid.
