SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI KOMPOSIT POLIANILIN/SILIKA GEL MEMANFAATKAN SUMBER SILIKA DARI LIMBAH KACA
Abstract
Komposit ponlianilin/silika gel telah berhasil disintesis melalui polimerisasi pada suhu rendah yaitu 5-3OC. Silika gel dipreparasi dari limbah kaca bening menggunakan metode sol-gel. Hasil analisis IR silika gel menunjukan adanya pita serapan pada bilangan gelombang 3397,29 cm-1, 2170,25 cm-1, 1637,74 cm-1 dan 1100 cm1 yang merupakan pita serapan khas silika gel. Silika gel yang dikompositkan dengan polianilin menyebabkan pergeseran dan kemunculan pita serapan baru pada 2074,57 cm-1,1880,16 cm-1, 1557,96 cm-1, 1307, 04 cm-1, 1054, 89 cm-1 dan 795,28. Hasil XRD silika gel menunjukan adanya difraksi puncak yang melebar pada 2θ = 22,95 °. Sedangkan hasil XRD komposit menunjukan adanya difraksi puncak yang melebar pada 2θ = 22,36o .
