ISOLASI SENYAWA TERPENOID DARI AKAR DURIAN MERAH (Durio Dulcis Beec)
Abstract
Penelitian tentang kandungan senyawa kimia akar durian merah yang berasal dari Kalimantan Barat bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan menentukan golongan senyawa terpenoid dari akar durian merah (D. dulcis Becc). Ekstraksi komponen senyawa menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol. Pemisahan fraksinya menggunakan metode partisi (n-heksana dan etil asetat) dan beberapa tahap kromatografi, yaitu kromatografi vakum cair (KVC), kromatografi kolom gravitasi (KKG) dan kromatografi lapis tipis preparatif (KLTP). Uji fitokimia golongan terpenoid ditentukan dengan metode kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) dengan menggunakan reagen semprot H2SO4 10 %. Penelitian ini menghasilkan satu isolat murni golongan terpenoid sebanyak 1,1 mg.
