SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI TiO2/Ti NANOTUBE MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANODISASI
Abstract
Semikonduktor TiO2 telah disintesis dengan metode anodisasi menggunakan foil Ti sebagai prekursor dan sekaligus sebagai matriks dengan menggunakan tegangan potensial sebesar 40 volt dan diikuti proses kalsinasi dengan suhu 450 ºC selama 3 jam. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi FT-IR menunjukkan adanya serapan bilangan gelombang 457,149 cm-1 dan 796,64 cm-1 yang merupakan vibrasi dari Ti-O. Analisis permukaan dengan metode SEM memperlihatkan TiO2/Ti yang didapatkan memiliki morfologi nanotube dengan diameter berkisar 10-45 nm. Pengukuran difraktogram dengan metode XRD menunjukkan TiO2/Ti nanotube memiliki fasa anatase dengan nilai band gap sebesar 3,26 eV.
